Jamie is a New Zealander who has found his home in Canada.  A big fan of the All Blacks, Jamie is excited about helping people see the kingdom of God become reality in our lives, in the lives of those we interact with and in the neighbourhoods in which we live.  Jamie is married to Allison, and has two kids – Kayla and Tyler.  Alongside the All Blacks, Jamie is a fan of Crowded House, Toffee Pops, Kiwifruit, L&P and many other things New Zealand.

Jana is our Children’s Director and loves working with kids. Growing up coming to Saga Day Camp and learning more about being a Christian, Jana has joined our team to meet children and families on their own faith journeys. After completing a Bachelor of Nursing and becoming a registered nurse, Jana is passionate about caring for children and their families in every way. Make sure to book an afternoon swimming with Jana and tell her about your current craft project!

Tammy Pierce

Tammy became a Christian at Teen Ranch. She enjoyed working at camps for many years where she served in various capacities. She particularly enjoyed teaching drama and music programs to both children and youth.

Tammy also enjoys swimming, biking and reading in her spare time. Tammy lives in Port Credit with her two children: Taylor and Wesley. She enjoys her job here as the office manager and getting to interact with many people on a daily basis. Tammy is extremely pleasant to everyone that she comes into contact with.

Ali McMullen

Ali is the financial administrator for the three previous Chartwell churches and can normally be found at Chartwell Baptist Church: Clarkson Village on Mondays and Thursdays.  Born and raised in Zimbabwe, Ali, her husband Andy and their three kids arrived in Canada in June 2000.  Although Ali misses Africa, she loves the seasons in Canada and especially loves the ‘white stuff.’

Karen Klassen
Discipleship Pastor

Karen was part of the leadership team who planted Chartwell Mississauga in 1996 and, after studing at Tyndale Seminary and Acadia Divinity College and living “out East” for several years, has returned to take on the role of Discipleship Pastor at Chartwell.  Karen is married to Dave and has two children, Erica and Ben, and a dog named Theo.

Ryan has been the Youth and Family Pastor at Clarkson since June 2015 and is passionate about helping youth feel loved, cared for, accepted and included.  Ryan believes that everyone deserves a welcoming and engaging community to be a part of.

Ryan is married to Sam and loves playing Ultimate Frisbee and anything related to Star Wars.
